linode 128 to linode 64; need to do before Mar 01 2005 billi

I submitted Ticket #9547 Feb 24, asking about changing my linode 128 to a linode 64, but have not received any answer, directly to the ticke, via email or otherwise. I need to get this done before the Mar 01 billing goes through.

I'm noit sure you will get migrated in time for your next billing cycle. Hopefully with caker hiring new staff recently your ticket will be looked at otherwise you should have it done before aprils billing cycle.

I had a similar support ticket raised late January that has just been closed so hopefully yours isnt far off.
