My DNS records status is "HAS ERRORS"

After adding a CNAME to my DNS records, the status is showing as "HAS ERRORS". Why is this?

CNAME records must be unique. In short, if there is a CNAME record for example.website.com, then there must not be any other records for example.website.com.
