My account is rejected with all correct information.

Hi, I signed up for linode but the account is refused me, the information is completely correct, I tried to write everything in English in the home address fields. But nothing, after 30 minutes I was refused the whole thing. I have already sent an email, with no reply yet.

If anyone could advise me what to do I would be grateful.

@ftitag If you signed up for an account and it was canceled, we ask that you send an email to support@linode.com that includes the last 6 digits of the payment card used as well as the username/email address.

Once that is received the team will take another look at the sign-up. If the decision is made to activate your account, you will receive an email advising you of this. If you haven't received a reply, this means the decision to cancel the account could not be overturned.
