cant create account

i am unable to create linode account.
i got this email after adding the card details

Is it possible you already have a Linode account associated with the email address you are trying to use to create the account? Generally speaking, you wouldn't get that email unless you already have an account and selected Trust this device for 30 days at the login screen.

If none of this sounds familiar to you, I suggest reaching out to the Support Team at support@linode.com to let them know that you do not have an account and that if one is active, it should be cancelled immediately. You will need to provide the last 6 digits of the payment card you used in your message to authenticate as the owner. If you did not use a credit card to signup, you will need to call in.
