I don't see any ongoing incidents that would yield your Linode inaccessible (Status Page). Also, that "Connection timed out" error means your Linode is unreachable from externally. This might just be a simple network misconfiguration. By chance have you tried rebooting with Network Helper enabled to see if that fixes the issue? If you're using a static network configuration, I recommend running ip a or ifconfig to make sure your Linode's Linux system has IP addresses configured. If all good there, then triple check any firewall rules you may have.
