Object Storage Backups
Does object storage have a built in solution for backups? For example Amazon S3 has object versioning:

I can't see anything similar for Linode object storage.

Versioning is supported on our platform, but it needs to be enabled. We have a guide that can help you enable that using a few different S3 tools:

That post is a few years old and so some of the specifics could be a bit out of date, but it should give you a jumping off point if you'd like to look into other backup methods.
