In the meantime, it might be worth looking into the other data centers in that region, such as Amsterdam, to see if it's a viable place to host your application. Our guide to Choosing a Data Center has sections to help test performance in other regions. If you find one that works, you can migrate any existing servers to the new data center that works best.
