linode support response delay

Hii ..

For first time in 4 years, I am not getting quick replies from linode support staff.

I even called their landline … the executive said the issue is resolved. But no luck.

Any other way to contact them?

You could try IRC (#linode on OFTC). I've never used the channel myself.
