Please do something about the Korean spam on this forum!

It's almost impossible to browse new topics these days because of all the spam.

The easiest way to deal with automated stuff like this would be to reject any new post whose title contains one or more characters above U+0400. Nobody here has any legitimate use for non-Latin characters in the title, after all. And if somebody really needs to write Korean or Chinese or emoticons or whatever, they can do so in the body of their post.

Adding to the problem is that it looks like spam reports aren't being emailed to moderators, so reports go unattended for sometimes several days. With proper moderator setup it should be handled in two or three minutes (I am a moderator on another forum where we do just that. High traffic, sometimes massive spam attacks, users nearly never get to see that because it's handled so quickly).
