Why did my bill go up?

A few months ago my bill has gone up a lot, I would like to know what the cost of Linode Managed means. I would like to know if it is possible for me to explain the costs of all the invoices generated in 2018.

Linode Managed is an incident response service focused on maintaining the uptime for your Linode. Once you've set up a monitor for a service, and added our credentials to your Linode, we'll keep an eye on it. If it ever goes down or becomes unresponsive we'll log into your Linode to investigate, and try to get it back up and running. Our Managed service is $100 per month per Linode on your account.

You can check the billing history section of the Account tab in the Linode Manager to see all of your invoices. Click on an invoice individually, and you get a full breakdown of each charge for the month.

We can certainly go over your recent invoices with you, or assist in removing the Managed service if you don't want it any longer. Just open up a ticket from the Linode Manager or give us a call and we'll be happy to help.
