Setup Nextcloud Email Server SMTP

Hello,

I am trying to setup the email server to get notifications in Nextcloud. When I enter my information for my SMTP settings at hover it keep getting:

A problem occurred while sending the email. Please revise your settings. (Error: Connection could not be established with host mail.hover.com :stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://mail.hover.com:465 (Connection timed out) Log data: ++ Starting Swift_SmtpTransport !! Connection could not be established with host mail.hover.com :stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://mail.hover.com:465 (Connection timed out) (code: 0))

Has anyone delt with this before?
