Sendgrid outbound email Api setting in firewall

Hi,
In firewall outbound rules i add
Protocol : TCP
Port: 25, 465, 587, 2525
Destination: All IPv4,All IPv6
Action: accept

But sendgrid SMTP api not working from my server

If i disable firewall sendgrid SMTP api work fine.
