CSS changes not updating

I need to make changes to apply new styles to parts of my site. I've changed my CSS file, but the site still shows the older version of the file even after is has been updated. How can I apply these changes?

It sounds like your file is being cached. If you are using a caching plugin, you should be able to flush the cache from within the settings.
If your site is behind Cloudflare, it make take up to 24 hours for changes to static content to appear. Before making changes to your site, you should put it into Development Mode. This will allow you to make instant changes to your site.
If you didn't enable Development Mode beforehand, you should be able to clear your cache via the following Cloudflare support article:
