Owncloud restore has no data?

I deleted the data but I had a backup a few days ago and when I restored it, it had no data. When restoring, I pressed the Overwrite Linode button. Is there a problem that prevents my owncloud data from being reinstalled?
I store data in /var/www/owncloud/data

When you mention "I deleted the data," could you clarify whether you're referring to the entire Linode disk or specifically the /var/www/owncloud/data directory?

Given your mention of pressing the "Overwrite Linode" button during the restoration process, it suggests that you restored from a Linode Backup, deploying it onto the existing compute instance. Is my understanding accurate?

If that's the case, this action would have effectively rolled back your Linode to the exact state captured by the backup. If data is missing, it's possible that it either didn't exist when the backup was created, or you may need to consider restoring from an older backup.

Should you have any doubts about the integrity of your Linode's backups, don't hesitate to reach out via a Support ticket. This will grant us better visibility into your Linode's backup records. However, it's important to note that while we can assist with Linode Backup-related concerns, regrettably, Support won't be able to address specific OwnCloud issues.
