Can't Sign Up?

I filled the sign up form and proceeded to click complete order when im greeted with the message "We're sorry, but the transaction failed. Please make sure your credit card information is correct and resubmit the form, or contact your credit card company for the reason your transaction failed. If you continue to have problems, please email service@linode.com."

As you do i went back checked my details and tried again but still no success.. I have money on my card so thats not the problem and i checked, checked and checked again the details entered - Is this a Linode problem?

As the error suggests, you need to contact your credit card company for the reason your transaction failed.

Okay i will contact my company shortly but my friend tried to register one also and he was met with the same message whilst using a card from a seperate company :shock:

Problem solved.. It was the credit card companys side

I am guilty to even doubt Linodes service.. My bad :(
