Will my IP address change if I migrate to a new datacenter?

When migrating to another datacenter, it is not possible to keep the same IP address as the datacenters are in different geographical locations and therefore have access to different ranges of IP addresses. If you have a private IP address, that will also change as there are already other Linodes in that datacenter which could be using the same IP address. The only way to keep the same IP addresses through a migration is to move to another host within the same datacenter.
