longview repository missing for AlmaLinux
Trying to install Longview based on your instructions, but there is no folder for AlmaLinux. There is one for CentOS8. Should we use that one? or will you guys upload something into https://yum-longview.linode.com/almalinux/?

Right now I can't say whether there will be a repository for Longview/AlmaLinux in the future. That said, you can use the CentOS 8 packages to get Longview up and running on your AlmaLinux Linode. You'll need the LWP perl bundle to get things working as well.
