How Do I Recover a Deleted Block Storage Volume?

I deleted a Block Storage Volume a few days ago and I didn't have a backup. Now I need access to some of the data that was on it. Is there any way it can be restored?

You'll want to open a Support Ticket to get the Support Team to look into this. In some cases, the Linode Administrators can restore Block Storage Volumes that have been deleted. However, it's not a guarantee. The further away you get from the date the deletion occurred, the less likely it is they will be able to recover your data.
To avoid this in the future, you may want to consider backing up your Block Storage Volumes. The following posts have information on how you can go about doing that:
