This five-part ebook series is meant to be a step-by-step guide for you to learn how to use some of the most in-demand IaC tools that exist. As of this writing, those tools are:
- Puppet (and Puppet Bolt)
- Salt (aka SaltStack)
Go through the entire ebook series to get a sense for what each technology is all about and how it might fit in to what you do. You can always pick a tool and just use that one. Each tool is covered as mostly a stand-alone-project that focuses on deploying a simple Docker-based Python web application from Github.
