I am delighted to announce that effective February 27th, [b]Michael Greb[/b] will join Linode.com full time as a [b]Customer Service Engineer[/b]. Michael has more then ten years experience in computers, specifically Linux and supporting large client bases.
Michael will share customer service responsibilities, as well as take on server administration and application development duties.
Linode.com is dedicated to improving the quality of our customer support, and I’m very please to have Michael on board.
